I'm a digital matte painter and concept artist with over five years experience in visual effects for motion pictures and television.

I've had the opportunity to create matte paintings in motion pictures such as "Mr. & Mrs. Smith", "Lust Caution", and most recently "The Incredible Hulk."

My first experience was working on the television production "The Man Who Saved Christmas" where along with the vfx crew, I was nominated for a Canadian Gemini Award.

As well as working on matte paintings for feature films, I have also had the chance to create concept work to further the ideas of the art director and bridge the gap from initial design to the final stages of visual effects for production.

Having only recently created an online 'presence', I have been honored with a CGSociety Award, and have had my artwork included in Ballistic Publishing's EXPOSÉ 6.

I am excited by the possibilities of blending digital paint work and 3d software for motion pictures, to create the possible and impossible, while visually believable, and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
